  • Ring inspection & polish every 3 years.

  • Complimentary re-polish before your wedding date.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with complimentary services.

What’s Covered

  • Loose diamonds or gemstones (tightening & polishing included).

  • Misaligned or high prongs (correction & polishing included).

  • Lost or missing accent diamonds or gemstones (replacement, setting, & polishing included).

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with covered lifetime warranty services.

What’s Not Covered

  • Loss or disappearance of a center diamond and/or other non-accent gemstone.

  • Normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse or improper care.

  • Damage to the ring or prongs caused by negligence.

  • Discoloration caused by chemical, physical or environmental exposure.

  • Damage caused by fire, flooding or natural disasters.

  • Damage resulting from sports, heavy lifting, gardening or manual labor.

  • Repairs, alterations or modifications performed other than Gabriel Edward Jewelers.

  • Theft, loss or mysterious disappearance.

Expert Jewelry Insurance: Jewelers Mutual

For protection beyond our manufacturer's warranty, we strongly recommend Jewelers Mutual, an independent jewelry insurance company. Jewelers Mutual coverage includes loss, theft, damage, natural disaster damage, preventative maintenance, & mysterious disappearance, including worldwide travel. For many customers, coverage costs approximately 1–2% of the jewelry's insured value per year (ex: a $6,000 item may cost approximately $60–$120 annually).
