Where should I park for my appointment?
You can park at 190 NE 3rd Street, Miami, FL 33132 (College Station Parking Garage) and we’ll validate your ticket (parking’s valid for up to 3 hours). We’re a 2 minute walk from the garage, 169 E Flagler Street, Suite 620, Miami, FL 33131.
What info do we need to make your Ring?
- The Center Diamond’s shape (Oval, Pear, Marquise, etc.) and size. You don’t need to know the exact carat size, a range is perfect. We’ll look at several options in person to pick your favorite.
- The Setting’s style and specs.
- Diamond-accented band, Solitaire, 3-stone Ring, custom Setting, etc.
- 14kt, 18kt Gold or Platinum? White, Yellow or Rose?
- Extremely helpful if you have a picture or video of the style they’re looking for!
- Finger size for the Ring. An estimate works! First resize is free if it doesn’t fit perfectly on the first try.
How long does it take to make my Ring?
Average production time is 3 weeks. If you need your Ring sooner, let us know and we’ll make it happen!
What’s the order process?
Ready-made Rings can be paid for and taken with you the day of your visit.
If you pick out a Diamond and Setting separately, we’ll get straight to work on your Ring with a 50% deposit. The other half would be due at pickup or before shipping.
We also have financing through Affirm with up to 12 months 0% interest, no deposit required.
Can I bring friends or family with me?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring friends or family with you to help pick out the perfect Engagement Ring for your partner.
