You trusted us to make your jewelry, you can trust us to care for it.

All finished jewelry items (rings, bracelets, earrings, pendants, necklaces) over $1,000 before sale price are available for complimentary polishing and prong-tightening for your lifetime. Each customer is entitled to one free polishing/cleaning every three years, beginning from date of purchase.

Additionally, all Engagement, Wedding, and Fashion Rings (excluding eternity styles and other non-sizable styles) include a complimentary 1st Resize, up or down one full size.

Should your jewelry need repair beyond the scope of our Warranty, we take care of all repairs in-house. We will inspect your jewelry and quote you on the necessary repair work before beginning.

Insurance through Jewelers Mutual Group

We highly recommend Jewelers Mutual to cover all accidental damage, loss, theft, or disappearance. Your jewelry from us will include an appraisal, with which you can visit www.JewelersMutual.com/Protect , upload a photo of the appraisal and enter our Jewelers Code A02321 for a quote. Coverage costs roughly 2% of your jewelry’s appraised value, per year. 

Free, Insured Shipping in the USA

Jewelry $1,000 or over (before any sales/discounts) is shipped fully-insured and free of charge to you, through UPS® 2nd Day Air, to a residential or business address (no PO Boxes). Please note that for your protection, an adult signature will be required to complete delivery!

Should a signee not be available, your package will be rerouted for pickup to the nearest UPS® location.

Jewelry under $1,000 will be shipped free of charge by USPS Priority Mail®.

Faster shipping methods are available for all pieces for an additional fee, please Contact Us if faster shipping is needed.

International Customers, please Contact Us to arrange shipment. Please also confirm taxes and import duties as you will be responsible for paying any that are applicable.

No Hassle Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so you can return any jewelry items we manufacture in new, undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase or any loose diamonds in new, unworn condition within 15 days of purchase.**

We stand behind our supply chain and direct-to-you, ethically-sourced Diamonds. If you see a GIA® or IGI® Graded Diamond over 1 carat with matching characteristics to one on our site at a lower price from a reputable vendor, we’ll match the price.

Additional Terms & Conditions

All terms listed here are subject to change at any time by Gabriel Edward Jewelers.

*Chipped/lost Diamonds and Gemstones due to accidental damage and/or misuse, and products not manufactured by Gabriel Edward Jewelers (i.e. watches), are not covered under Warranty unless explicitly stated. For free maintenance work for clients located outside of South Florida, clients will be charged shipping both ways. The maintenance itself will be free.

**All items will be inspected by our staff for condition before a return is deemed valid. Eternity Rings, Watches, Custom-Designed Jewelry Items (any item not listed on our website), and custom-cut Diamonds and Gemstones are not returnable, nor are deposits made to begin Custom-Designed Jewelry Items. Loose Diamonds or Gemstones must be returned with their original Laboratory Report (GIA® or other) and will be subject to a $150 fee, if the stone is deemed authentic, should the Laboratory Report be missing.

***This Guarantee applies to GIA® Graded Center Diamonds sold through our website.
Terms as follows:

  1. The Diamond in question at the lower price must be listed for standard, universal sale (not a unique discount) and cannot be part of an expired offer.
  2. We require a link to the competitor’s Diamond and a copy of the GIA or IGI Diamond Grading Report (dated within one year of inquiry), in order to verify the Diamond’s eligibility for our Price Match Guarantee.
  3. Gabriel Edward Jewelers has sole discretion over whether a competitor’s Diamond’s characteristics deem it eligible for this Guarantee.
  4. Rebates, “going out of business” sales, or other special promotions will disqualify a competitor’s Diamond from eligibility.
  5. Gabriel Edward Jewelers reserves the right to modify these terms or delete this Guarantee at any time, and we also reserve the right to deny any requests.
