Lab-Grown Diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical to Natural Diamonds. They’re indistinguishable to the naked eye, can withstand the same heat and pressure, and always pass diamond testers.

Lab-Grown Diamonds are also certified by the same Grading Labs as Natural Diamonds (the IGI and GIA), on the exact same scales of Cut, Color & Clarity.

After you submit your Custom Ring form, a member of our team will review all the specs and reach out to you either by text (305-796-6143) or email (support@gabrieledwardjewelers.com) with a quote within 24 hours!

Once we finalize the quote with a Center Diamond picked out and the details on the Ring Setting confirmed, we’ll begin creating your Ring with a 50% deposit.

We also have financing through Affirm with up to 12 months 0% interest, no deposit required.

We offer a lifetime manufacturer warranty against any production defects on our side. For example, if you receive your Ring and the Center Diamond is loose, or if a Diamond falls off the band without damage, we’ll fix that free of charge.

To cover loss, damage, theft, or disappearance, we recommend Jewelers Mutual for insurance. Your Ring includes an appraisal, along with a link to apply for coverage with our unique code (for faster processing). Coverage starts at roughly $125/year, protecting your Ring against harm or loss all across the world.

We’re proud to say we’ve never had a Ring returned 😊 We have had exchanges though, and in the unlikely event your fiancée thinks the Ring is “too sparkly”, you have 30 Days from the date of order to return/exchange your Ring.

Average production time for a custom-designed Engagement Ring is 3-4 weeks. But if you need your Ring sooner than that, we can make it happen 😇

Indeed it is! We ship fully-insured by UPS Next Day Air, free of charge across the USA. Adult signature will be required for delivery, and that can be anyone 18+ years old, in case you’d like to ship to a different address to keep the surprise alive 😉

We ship internationally as well, by UPS Priority (or USPS, if UPS won’t deliver to your location). International shipping is roughly $125 (we’ll confirm once in contact). Please note that you’re responsible for any VAT / import duties. A very popular option for international clients has been shipping the Ring to a family member in the states! And of course, you’re always welcome to visit us in Miami. Great excuse for a vacation ☀️
